I can’t believe I have managed to play along with 2 of Keesha’s challenges and she’s not even here to see!! I was prepping last night (yeah I know I said I was going to do it yesterday but I did all my tax paper work instead) and I was stuck on a design for one of my techniques… we are learning how to do the rolled flower. I remembered Keesh had done a sketch challenge this week so thought I’d use that as my layout of for my card!
So here is Keesha’s sketch this week…..
A nice clean and simple sketch if I do say so myself! And here is what I came up with! It’s more sparkly in real life as the flower has a bit of crystal effects painted on it and dipped in some glitter! Mmmmm pretty!!
Keesha has also done up an awesome tutorial in the same post on how to ruffle your ribbon so I thought why not I might just add that in to!! I lurve a ruffled ribbon at the moment!!
Right best get on as I have 5 kids today……(just making sure I savour my peace and quiet tomorrow), and I still have one more card to create for tonight and I need to tidy the rumpus room from all our holiday fun!
