I really shouldn’t promise things on here! As per usual life got in the way of my plans and I didn’t make it to my craftroom at all! So I am sharing a card I created the other day using the Make a Medallion stamp set……I wouldn’t want to completely let you down :)!
I saw a very similar card created by Kylie Bertucci quiet some time ago using a completely different stamp set and I thought I would give it a try with the Make a Medallion set.
I’ve used the embossing resist technique, first I embossed the image with white embossing powder, then using a sponge dauber around the edges I sponged the pool party ink over the embossed portion. After I had done that I then came along and stamped the little edge pieces in just versamark.
Super simple but I really like the effect it created! What do you think? Would you give it a go?
