A lovely friend asked me to d a special birthday card for a friend of hers, it was the perfect opportunity to make me get back into the craftroom! I tell you know I struggled a bit to start with and I spent far longer then I would like to admit to fiddle around and come up with this card!
But I am actually really happy with how it turned out!
The brief was pretty easy purple, and dragonflies so I had lots of freedom to play with!
The card itself was pretty easy, I simply mounted some whisper whtie cardstock on the the gold foil card. I stamped the splotches in elegant eggplant. I then cut out the smaller dragonfly and usesd a sponge dauber to add some versamark and gold embossed. Super simple but looked pretty cute!
Hopefully I’m back in my craftroom on Sunday to get ready for my stamp a stack on Monday night!
